Since this is the last Saturday before we start Fall Training, we are going to change things up a bit one more time. We will meet at Grassland Middle School at 6 am and run the Moran and Old Natchez Trace route. The route is out and back up to 12 miles, so you can adjust the workout to your needs. Come out and enjoy the fabulous scenery and company.
